Day Off

We had a very relaxing day off from camp.  We took the kids raspberry and blackberry picking in the morning.  We made our weekly trek to the local Super Walmart.  We spent the rest of the day at a public beach on Lake Burton. 

The campers leave monday and then we have a couple of days off until Family Camp starts on Wednesday.

July 8th Update

The Tecktiel family had a nice Fourth of July BBQ with some friends. There are a couple of pics below. I drove the family down to Ramah Darom in GA on Monday. The seven hour drive only took nine and a half hours - suffice it to say that Jonah likes to nurse....quite a bit!!!

I flew back on Tuesday and will remain a bachelor until July 18th when I fly back to camp for three weeks.

The kids seem to be settling in at camp. I will send pics from camp once I get there.
